About me

Hi there, my name is Ciara LaVergne. I am a doctoral student of the Occupational Therapy program at Hanover College. I am also a mom and understand the beauty and challenges that postpartum can bring. From one mom to another — I see you. Postpartum can be beautiful, but it can also feel heavy and confusing. This guide is my way of offering a hand and saying, you’re doing better than you think. Below are resources I wish I’d had when I brought my baby home.
