Pediatric Occupational Therapist + International Board Certified Lactation Consultant

Jeanne Pichoff, LOTR, IBCLC is a pediatric OT, feeding therapist, and IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) with 19 years of experience in pediatric therapy.  She has worked in a variety of pediatric settings, including NICU, outpatient pediatrics, and early intervention.  She developed a passion for working with infants and infant feeding early in her career.  After experiencing breastfeeding difficulties with her second child, Jeanne was inspired to learn more about lactation to compliment her work as an infant feeding specialist.  She became a CLC (certified lactation counselor) in 2018 and certified as an IBCLC in 2020.  She owns and operates a private practice called Flourish Pediatric Therapy and Lactation, LLC in Lafayette, LA, which is devoted to treatment of infants and toddlers with feeding difficulties and developmental challenges.  Jeanne also provides continuing education courses through the Lactation OT, an online continuing education platform geared to therapists who are interested in lactation.  Her courses cover a variety of topics, including tongue ties and the impacts on breastfeeding and management of failure to thrive/poor weight gain.  Jeanne is passionate about educating both medical professionals and parents on topics related to feeding, breastfeeding, and development.
